STEP-BY-STEP PLAN
Appointment
If you make an appointment you can nearly always count on Dr. Karim receiving you within 2 weeks.
Treatment
The procedure can usually be performed within two weeks of the preliminary interview.
If you wish, treatment can take place immediately after the first visit. Please state this when making the appointment so that Dr. Karim can reserve time and space for you.
Rest
After the procedure, you will need to rest for 24 hours.
Follow-up
Two to four weeks after treatment, you will return for us to see how you are doing and whether you are satisfied with the result.

Pain
Your lips may feel sore for the first 24 hours.
Blue marks
A small bruise sometimes appears. This usually occurs 48 hours after the operation.
Reduced sensitivity
Because there is an anaesthetic in the filler, you should be careful with hot drinks for the first 24 hours.
Drugs
If you wish, you can take two 500 mg paracetamol tablets.
Physical activity
Take a 24-hour break and avoid overexertion, such as bending over and lifting heavy objects.

Results
Result
The final result can be assessed after two to four weeks.
Symmetry
As in any bilateral treatment, perfect symmetry cannot be guaranteed. Fortunately, nothing in nature is perfectly symmetrical.
Temporary filling
The product is reabsorbed after one year.
Passage of time
As time goes by, the lips become less full-bodied.
